Dawn Lo is a local illustrator. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Richmond, BC, her work has appeared in picture books, stationery, greeting cards, public art installations, murals and more! She aims to create works that are high-spirited and whimsical while retaining a certain degree of simplicity and humour. April dela Noche Milne is a mixed Filipino-Canadian illustrator and writer. Raised in Vancouver, she works with a mixture of traditional and digital mediums. She illustrated the graphic novel, The Blue Road: A Fable of Migration and contributed to the Cloudscape comics anthology The Witching Hours. She has illustrated for The Globe and Mail and Chatelaine. Her debut picture-book as author-illustrator is coming out September 2026 with Kids Can Press.
